For those who thought life could not worsen for the alleged ‘Scream’ masks, gangbang instructor Brittany Fortinberry, then assume once more!

Fortinberry has been cooling her heels in jail since her February arrest and has been charged with 41 felonies, together with intercourse crimes in opposition to minors — and now she’s been sued by a financial institution for skipping out on bank card funds.

Synchrony Financial institution filed the lawsuit Wednesday in an Indiana courtroom, claiming Fortinberry didn’t pay $2,125.50 in credit score charges she amassed since opening the account in 2021.

The docs say Fortinberry defaulted on the funds and has didn’t fork over the cash after the financial institution demanded it.

However can you actually blame Fortinberry for this one? She’s been sitting behind bars for the previous 5 months, unable to put up a $1 million bond. So, maybe it is not too shocking she is probably not paying her bank card payments.
