Cam’Ron confirmed up for J. Cole’s “Prepared ’24” monitor from the North Carolina rapper and producer’s MIght Delete Later undertaking, and is now taking authorized motion towards his previous collaborator. Cam’Ron claims J. Cole reneged on plans to collaborate on different tracks or have the Dreamville honcho on the Harlem rapper’s standard podcast program.
TMZ stories that courtroom papers say the artist born Cameron Giles filed a lawsuit alleging that Cole, actual identify Jermaine Cole, uncared for to make good on plans to work on additional music with Killa Cam or seem on the It Is What It Is podcast with Mason “Ma$e” Betha and Treasure “Stat Child” Wilson.
Killa says he recorded the verse in 2022, and between July 2023 and April 2024, he saved in touch with Cole, who saved rebuffing the invitation for additional work for causes not shared within the report.
Cam’Ron is in search of a co-author credit score for “Prepared ’24” and to be compensated for his time, which totals over $500,000 as of the report.
