The U.S. Capitol is on hearth, sort of … a fireplace began in a underground tunnel that connects Congressional buildings by practice … and it landed two law enforcement officials within the hospital.
The hearth sparked Thursday afternoon on the Capitol subway system and two U.S. Capitol Law enforcement officials had been taken to a neighborhood hospital for additional analysis.
Officers say there have been no accidents amongst practice passengers. It is unclear who was on the practice.
