Trey Songz is combating again about an arrest that occurred half a decade in the past … suing the Kansas Metropolis Police Division over an incident at a Kansas Metropolis Chiefs NFL playoff recreation.
Based on the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Trey claims he was on the AFC Championship Recreation between the Chiefs and Buffalo Payments in January 2021 and was in his seat at Arrowhead Stadium in Missouri when people close by began heckling him due to his celeb standing.

Trey claims the verbal heckling escalated to threats and harassment, leading to safety and police being referred to as to his seat … and we have been first to acquire video of the police interplay.
Factor is … Trey claims when safety guards and cops confirmed up, they failed to guard him from “unruly, aggressive, and intoxicated attendees” … and as an alternative “bodily assaulted, wrongfully arrested, handcuffed and detained” him in jail.

Trey says he was charged with trespassing, resisting arrest, and assaulting a police officer … all of which have been in the end dismissed.
In his go well with, Trey claims he suffered bodily accidents, emotional misery, harm to his skilled status and monetary losses because of the incident … and he claims KCPD used extreme power earlier than wrongfully detaining and arresting him.
Trey is searching for unspecified damages.
