Alleged Public Indecency Incident Near Theme Park
A 51-year-old Florida man faces charges after authorities responded to reports of a sexual act involving a vacuum cleaner near Walt Disney World Resort. Kevin Dale Westerhold was arrested on January 27 following an investigation into multiple indecent exposure incidents at Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee.
Disturbing Residential Area Reports
Officials stated they received multiple complaints about a partially nude individual engaging in inappropriate behavior with a household appliance on January 22. Witnesses provided video evidence showing the suspect performing lewd acts with a vacuum cleaner in front of a residence within the gated community located just seven minutes from Disney World’s main gates.
Pattern of Behavior Uncovered
Investigators discovered Westerhold allegedly had prior incidents of public nudity at the property dating back to December. Security footage from residential hallways reportedly showed the suspect appearing partially clothed or nude on multiple occasions. “Video evidence and witness statements clearly identify the suspect,” officials confirmed in their report.
Arrest and Charges Filed
Law enforcement arrested Westerhold near his Oviedo residence, approximately 35 miles from the incident location. He was booked into Seminole County Jail on a misdemeanor charge of exposure of sexual organs with a $2,500 bond. Authorities have requested additional information from potential witnesses regarding similar incidents.
Records indicate Westerhold and his wife own multiple rental properties at the Windsor Hills Resort, which they operate through short-term rental platforms. The investigation remains ongoing as officials review all evidence related to the case.
