Kyle Sandilands, the 54-year-old radio host, lists his luxurious six-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion in Sydney’s Glenorie for $5.9 million, nearly double the $3 million he paid three years ago.
Sandilands purchased the 9,580 sqm semi-rural property in Sydney’s North West Hills District in August 2022, shortly before welcoming son Otto with wife Tegan Kynaston. Initially bought as a family home, the plans changed when Tegan declined to live there. Sandilands renovated the acreage extensively to flip it for profit, with the current listing guide at $5.7 million to $5.9 million.
Last February, Sandilands detailed the major overhaul of the property.
Key Features of the Glenorie Mansion
The home now spans 832 sqm of internal living space in a Georgian-inspired double-storey layout, excluding alfresco areas. A grand circular driveway opens to a courtyard, framed by a welcoming upper balcony for a stately entrance.
Designed for family life, it offers multiple formal and informal living zones, a central dine-in kitchen with extensive prep and storage spaces, and a private study featuring a custom library plus hidden storage for work or leisure.
The semi-rural position provides panoramic nature views and nearby walking trails, balanced by proximity to essential amenities.
Update on Kyle & Jackie O Show
Sandilands’ longtime co-host Jackie O Henderson, 51, steps away from KIIS FM’s breakfast slot for several days after an intense on-air exchange.
Henderson skipped Monday’s Kyle & Jackie O broadcast. Sandilands confirmed her break, noting contact only by phone.
The clash unfolded Friday during talk of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. As Henderson shared his birth chart, Sandilands stated, “As I said, fascinating, but I don’t think it should be at the detriment of everything else on the show – this relentless research.”
Henderson countered that she checked it on her phone. Sandilands pressed on: “It’s affecting other things, like your fixation on this has made you almost unworkable. You’re off with the fairies with this shit. It’s mental.”
Henderson grew emotional, holding back tears while defending her stance.
