A minor suffered serious lower-body injuries after a vehicle struck them in Montreal’s Anjou borough on Monday evening.
Montreal police responded to a 911 call around 5:40 p.m. reporting a pedestrian collision near the intersection of Châteauneuf Boulevard and Guy Avenue.
Officers arrived to find the victim conscious and transported them to a hospital for treatment. Police spokesperson Anne-Sophie Simard confirmed authorities are withholding the minor’s age.
