Kelly Osbourne shared an update on her three-year-old son Sidney’s health battle with conjunctivitis, known as pink eye, while navigating her recent separation from fiancé Sid Wilson.

Son Recovers from Pink Eye

The 41-year-old reality star posted a photo on her Instagram Stories on Monday, showing herself entertaining Sidney alongside non-binary hairdresser Kiinicki, 37. The trio wore diapers on their heads to keep the young boy amused. ‘Little man has conjunctivitis so we are entertaining him. Thank the lord he is feeling better!’ Osbourne wrote.

Conjunctivitis involves inflammation of the transparent membrane lining the eyelid and eyeball, most commonly triggered by a viral infection.

Engagement Ends After Seven Months

Osbourne and Slipknot DJ Sid Wilson, 49, quietly ended their engagement seven months after his proposal at her late father Ozzy Osbourne’s final Black Sabbath concert in Birmingham last July. Sources close to the couple confirm they called off the engagement amid ongoing relationship challenges.

‘Kelly has been struggling following the loss of her father. The grieving process has been incredibly difficult, and she’s been doing everything she can to cope,’ one insider stated. ‘They tried to make it work, particularly for the sake of their child, but ultimately decided that separating is the best path forward.’

Osbourne remains sober and prioritizes her role as a mother. The pair welcomed Sidney in 2022 and lived together on a farm in Iowa. They first connected when Slipknot toured with Ozzfest, the festival founded by Osbourne’s parents.

Romantic History and Proposal

On Valentine’s Day 2022, Osbourne celebrated their bond, posting a photo of them kissing with the caption: ‘After 23 years of friendship, I can’t believe where we have ended up. You are my best friend, my soulmate, and I am so deeply in love with you, Sidney George Wilson.’

Wilson proposed backstage at the Black Sabbath show in front of Osbourne’s family, including Ozzy, Sharon, and brother Jack, presenting a large diamond ring. Osbourne later shared she had ‘no clue’ it was coming.

The couple last appeared together at the Grammy Awards in February. Since then, Osbourne has attended events with friends or her mother Sharon.

Ozzy Osbourne passed away on July 25, 2025, at age 76 from a heart attack, compounded by coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease. His death followed the Birmingham reunion concert on July 5.

Early this month, Osbourne hinted at personal turmoil in an Instagram post: ‘There is a special kind of cruelty in hurting someone who is already going through something deeply painful.’ She added, ‘Being kicked while I’m down, having my pain questioned, my struggles turned into gossip… I am going through one of the hardest periods of my life.’

After the BRIT Awards in March, where Ozzy received a Lifetime Achievement Award, Osbourne addressed trolls criticizing her slim figure, stating she felt ‘dehumanized’ during her toughest time.

Time with Close Friend Kiinicki

Osbourne recently spent time with Kiinicki, a queer barber using they/them pronouns. The friends got matching crescent moon and tooth tattoos on their hands in February.

They attended Lily Allen’s West End Girl show at the London Palladium on Saturday, followed by a party at the Broadwick Soho Hotel, where Osbourne hugged her companion, dressed in a shirt, tie, and denim jacket.
