A woman in her 30s suffered serious injuries after a collision between a pedestrian and an e-scooter in Longsight this afternoon.

Emergency Response at Scene

Greater Manchester Police responded to Stanley Grove, between Longsight and Gorton, at 4:10pm on Monday following reports of the incident. Emergency services, including the North West Ambulance Service, attended the scene where the road remained cordoned off for several hours. An air ambulance landed nearby to assist.

Victim’s Condition and Police Update

The woman received urgent hospital treatment for her injuries. Greater Manchester Police confirmed in a statement: “We were called at 4.10pm to reports of an RTC involving an e-scooter and a pedestrian on Stanley Grove, Longsight. A woman in her 30s has been taken to hospital with serious injuries. No arrests have been made.”
