The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) has ruled that former One Nation MP Mark Latham must pay Sydney MP Alex Greenwich $100,000 for unlawfully vilifying and sexually harassing the openly gay politician.
Tribunal Orders Specific Actions
NCAT directs Latham to delete all social media posts vilifying Greenwich due to his sexuality within 24 hours. He must also refrain from any further or repeated unlawful homosexual vilification of the MP.
