Prize Package
The top prize includes a hot air balloon flight provided by Vista Balloon Flights. Winners also receive two tickets to one of four featured balloon festivals, food vouchers for on-site catering, and an overnight stay for two near the selected event.
Festival Options
Show Time Events Group hosts vibrant balloon festivals across four UK locations this summer. Tickets are available now for all events:
- Leicester Balloon Festival at Victoria Park, June 19-21
- Swindon Balloon Festival at Lydiard Park, July 3-4
- Doncaster Balloon Festival at Town Field, July 24-25
- Northampton Balloon Festival at Northampton Racecourse, August 14-16
Event Highlights
These festivals deliver non-stop excitement beyond the balloons. Daily activities feature tethered balloon displays, mass evening ascents, and dazzling Night Glow events. Thrill-seekers enjoy international stunts by Stannage, parachute jumps from the Jump Dogs team, and Civil War re-enactments with historical camps.
Families discover dinosaur invasions, foam parties, circus workshops, and the Magical Musical Flying Bubble Bike. Additional attractions include craft tents, trade stalls, licensed bars, and a full funfair.
All balloon and aerial activities depend on weather conditions. If flights cannot occur on the scheduled day, winners reschedule for another date at the Northampton event. Participation of 25+ balloons and special shapes, including the UK debut of Finley the Turtle, relies on pilot availability and weather.
