Kylie Jenner faces a second lawsuit from a former housekeeper alleging racial discrimination, harassment, unpaid wages, and failure to address workplace misconduct. The complaint, filed by Juana Delgado Soto on Wednesday, targets Jenner, Kylie Jenner Inc., staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services, and La Maison Family Services.
Juana Delgado Soto’s Claims
Soto began working at Jenner’s home in May 2019. She alleges denial of meal and rest breaks in her early years. Conditions worsened in late 2023 when Sibrian became her supervisor.
In 2024, Soto filed a human resources complaint after Sibrian mocked her accent, immigration status, race, and called her stupid. Sibrian was temporarily removed but reinstated, leading to alleged retaliation including reduced pay, heavier workloads, and schedule changes.
On her birthday, Sibrian reportedly threatened termination if Soto left early, stating, “no one cares about your birthday, Kylie is having a dinner.” Soto claims she missed her own surprise party as a result.
Late 2024 saw housekeeping supervisors Patsy and Elsy take over. Soto alleges they denied her time off after her brother’s sudden death, demanded immediate return to work, whispered she was lying about the death, forced her to pick up intentionally discarded trash, and harassed her during funeral leave requests.
In April 2025, after unaddressed complaints, Soto left a detailed letter on Jenner’s massage table before an appointment. The note described her distress: “I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused” and added, “I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.”
The next day, supervisors allegedly threatened her with termination, banned contact with Jenner, and instructed her to avoid looking at or smiling at Jenner, ordering her to “disappear” if Jenner appeared. Conditions further declined: Soto claims she had to leave the property when Jenner was present, faced restricted bathroom access, cleaned the doghouse, and was barred from indoor water, called “Kylie’s water.”
In August 2025, Soto messaged supervisors: “I am sorry, I cannot do this anymore, every day you guys mistreat me, and I have bitten all my nails off, I cannot sleep at nights, and I always have anxiety because of the way you guys treat me. No matter what I did no one helped me.”
Soto seeks unspecified punitive and compensatory damages.
First Lawsuit by Angelica Vasquez
The suit follows a similar claim by Angelica Vasquez, a Salvadoran Catholic housekeeper who started at Jenner’s Beverly Hills mansion in September 2024 before transferring to the Hidden Hills property a week later.
Vasquez reported to Elsi and head housekeeper Patsy, alleging hostility, exclusion, and harassment based on race, religion, and national origin. She claims supervisors called Catholics “horrible people,” bullied her over immigration status, assigned the worst tasks, shouted at her, excluded her from the team, threw hangers during reprimands, demanded phone inspections, berated her despite compliance, and accused her of negative talk.
Vasquez resigned in August 2025 after ignored complaints, reporting symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety. She sues for emotional distress damages, unpaid wages, punitive awards, and demands a jury trial. While Jenner is named as a defendant, the discrimination allegations focus on staff.
Household representatives indicate Vasquez, a junior employee, had attendance issues and other workplace concerns.
