Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Jason Statham, known for their private family life, have relocated from London to a serene countryside setting. Land Registry records confirm the couple purchased a £20 million beachfront mansion in southern England to raise their two young children away from urban hustle.
The Expansive New Property
The six-bedroom estate spans 20 acres and features a private beach, boating lake, and pond. Jason Statham acquired the property in 2024 for £20 million and plans to invest an additional £5 million in renovations.
Transition from City Life
The family previously resided in a Georgian townhouse in London, which Rosie bought in 2021. Rosie praised Jason’s design expertise, stating, “Jason has the most impeccable taste.” She added that over the past two years, “He taught me so much about architecture and furniture.”
Before London, the couple owned a beach house in Malibu. In a recent interview, Rosie explained the move near the New Forest, noting, “There’s an incredible dressage school around the corner.” She shared her vision: “I’ve been dreaming of this since I left home. It will be mud and kids climbing trees. London on the weekends can feel very destination-driven. I want peace.”
Private Family and Relationship
Rosie, 39, and Jason, 58, share son Jack, eight, and daughter Isabella, four. The couple met at a London party in 2009, got engaged in 2016, but have not married. They occasionally post family moments on social media while maintaining privacy over their 16-year relationship.
