Lisa Armstrong Finalizes Divorce Settlement with Home Sale

Lisa Armstrong has officially severed her last tie with ex-husband Ant McPartlin, accepting an offer of £3.2 million for their former five-bedroom marital home. The sale marks a significant step in putting the remnants of their marriage to rest.

Property History and Sale Details

The lavish west London property, originally valued between £7 and £8 million, saw its worth significantly decrease following a fire in September 2023. Armstrong, who was awarded the house as part of her £31 million divorce settlement in 2020, had previously rented out the property after her split from the presenter in 2017 before listing it for sale.

Initially listed at £4 million in May 2024, the asking price was subsequently reduced due to the extensive fire damage. The inferno caused damages exceeding £1 million, leaving potential buyers with a substantial restoration project.

Property Features and Condition

Despite the fire damage evident in some rooms, the property boasts an 80-foot south-facing rear garden. It also includes a self-contained garden studio, a gym, and a games/cinema room/bar area, according to property listings.

Settlement and Personal Lives

Armstrong, a makeup artist, purchased a nearby property after the divorce and currently resides there. Ant McPartlin, 49, went on to marry his former personal assistant, Anne-Marie Corbett, in 2021. The couple welcomed their first child, son Wilder Patrick McPartlin, in May 2024.

McPartlin recently purchased a new-build property in Surrey for over £10 million, incurring significant stamp duty costs. He previously sold his luxury home in Wimbledon after a dispute with neighbors. McPartlin is reportedly enjoying a lucrative £30 million ITV deal with his long-time TV partner, Declan Donnelly.

Recent Reunion Amidst Loss

Despite their separation, Armstrong and McPartlin were briefly reunited last month following the passing of their beloved dog, Hurley. McPartlin reportedly rushed to be with his ex-wife at the vet after attending a Britain’s Got Talent press conference. The pair made the difficult decision to have their 12-year-old dog euthanized after learning it was too ill to recover. Reports indicate that both were able to see Hurley beforehand, and McPartlin was present as the dog peacefully passed away.
