The stunt performer suing Kevin Costner over an alleged unscripted rape scene on a film set is including some new proof to her lawsuit … specifically, textual content messages she claims she despatched to the ‘Horizon 2’ intimacy coordinator after the alleged incident.

Devyn LaBella is suing Kevin for sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation and he or she lately amended her lawsuit to incorporate some alleged textual content messages she despatched relating to the scene.

Within the amended criticism, obtained by TMZ, LaBella consists of textual content messages she says she despatched to the film’s intimacy coordinator after the incident saying … “I wished to debate yesterday’s abomination after we each have an opportunity … I used to be put in a very flawed place and it is actually affected me.”

She claims Costner instructed actor Roger Ivens throughout the scene, alleging Ivens “violently rustled” her skirt up “as if attempting to penetrate her in opposition to her will” whereas “utilizing his physique and arms forcibly pinning [her] down.”

Costner’s legal professional Marty Singer informed TMZ the lawsuit has “completely no benefit” and claims LaBella is a “serial accuser of individuals within the leisure trade.”
