Adam Thomas Rips Crown After David Haye Taunt in I’m A Celeb Final

Published on

Adam Thomas dramatically tore off his winner’s crown and hurled it to the ground during unseen footage from the I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! All Stars final, following a provocative remark from David Haye.

The Tense Final Moments

The All Stars series, marked by intense rivalries among contestants including Adam Thomas, Jimmy Bullard, and David Haye, reached a boiling point on finale night. Thomas, 37, who emerged as the victor, faced renewed confrontation when Haye reportedly goaded him by saying, “You’re not a worthy winner.”

In response, Thomas declared, “This is bullying.” Close friend Gemma Collins reportedly labeled Haye “a nasty b*d” and criticized both Haye and Bullard as “an embarrassment to reality TV.”

Origins of the Feud

The drama stemmed from an explosive clash during a trial when Bullard uttered “I’m a Celebrity,” putting Thomas at risk of elimination. Thomas allegedly used strong language, including the C-word, prompting Bullard to poll fellow campmates on whether Thomas’s behavior was “aggressive and abusive.”

Gemma Collins and Sinitta walked off stage amid the tension. Bullard later explained his trial exit was due to personal reasons but emphasized his stance against intimidation, stating, “What I don’t stand on is someone being abusive, aggressive and intimidating.”

During the live segment, Bullard addressed hosts Ant and Dec: “You were there and you didn’t show any of that [footage]. You didn’t show any of the C-bombs.” Ant replied, “The reason we didn’t air the C-bomb is because that is unbroadcastable. I was there and I didn’t think it was intimidating.”

Thomas took responsibility, saying, “I take full responsibility for my actions… I have nothing but love for Jimmy… I do apologise.” Haye interjected, prompting hosts to urge him to stop.

Post-Finale Reactions

Thomas’s wife, Caroline, posted cryptically on Instagram about “one hell of a night,” sharing photos from their London trip and noting, “Chapter 36 didn’t quite start the way I’d hoped… onwards and upwards.”

On his podcast At Home With The Thomas Bros, Thomas revealed he is undergoing therapy due to the mental toll of his feud with Haye. Tearfully, he shared, “It was like being back in school again… he was just mind f***ing me… I’m in therapy now because it’s f***ed with me mentally.”

Haye has continued public criticisms, including social media jabs and claims about Thomas’s daily payment for the show, estimated between £20,000 and £25,000.
