Amy Hart’s Joyful First Family Day Out
Amy Hart, the 33-year-old former Love Island star, celebrated her first family outing with her newborn son and eldest child Stanley. She and husband Sam Rason welcomed their second child, a baby boy, earlier than expected on Sunday.
Family Cinema Trip Delight
Amy shared a selfie from their inaugural family cinema visit, watching the Pixar film Hopper. She cradled the newborn while Sam and three-year-old Stanley sat nearby. The baby slept or fed peacefully throughout.
Amy captioned the post: “Not the best pic but first family cinema trip done! Went to see @hopperspixar which was fab!” She revealed Stanley’s touching response when offered one-on-one time: “I just love my family. I want my whole family.”
Baby’s Debut Outing
Earlier that day, Amy took the yet-to-be-named baby on his first public stroll in a pram to David Lloyd Wellness Club in Worthing. They enjoyed smoothies and soft play, skipping workouts.
“Baby’s first outing to @davidlloydworthing for smoothies and soft play not workout obv [laughing face]. I’m very glad I stayed on the sofa for months with Stanley as it’s not an option this time [laughing face],” she wrote.
Birth Announcement and Family Bond
Amy announced the birth on Instagram Sunday, sharing photos of the 8lbs 6oz newborn meeting his besotted big brother Stanley. The couple cradled him in the hospital before heading home.
“Another Beautiful Boy To Love. He is just gorgeous and we are so in love already! Fortunately, our day walking around the farm may have brought him early, as at 8lbs 6, not sure three more weeks were needed,” Amy posted. “Stanley is completely besotted with his little brother and can’t wait for him to join his Basketball team.”
Fans and celebrities showered congratulations, including Coronation Street’s Samia Longchambon: “Congratulations Amy! Beautiful news and a gorgeous baby boy.” Charlotte Crosby added: “Congratulations, so beautiful,” and Gogglebox’s Joe Bagg said: “OMG congratulations Amy.”
Challenges During Pregnancy
Amy has navigated anxiety after two prior miscarriages. She announced the pregnancy last year, describing conception as a difficult journey.
Reflecting on the emotional toll, Amy stated: “We’ve obviously had two miscarriages before. So when we found out we were pregnant with Stanley, it was very unplanned… And then when we got pregnant in December… Then I had a miscarriage. Then our next time… had a miscarriage again, and then the third time… we were just like ‘okay’ like just move on, just carry on with our lives as normal.”
She noted Sam’s anxiety: “Sam is very excited, but he’s quite anxious as well. He’s like, ‘until the baby’s here, I can’t quite relax.'” Despite fears, Stanley eagerly awaits big brother duties, and Amy reported minimal symptoms beyond early nausea.
