On October 3, 1980, visionary entrepreneur Ms. Cathy Hughes launched what can be a decades-long journey of life classes and roaring success with the creation of Radio One. Now referred to as City One, the corporate is celebrating 45 years of existence, which was capped by a transferring message tribute video we’re completely happy to share with our readers.

The previous 45 years have been a whirlwind in each the radio and media markets, and the savvy of Ms. Hughes navigating these tough waters within the early days of the corporate’s starting phases gave strategy to its resilient presence within the panorama immediately.
