Kyle Vasey, a 30-year-old former Penn State football player and one-time member of the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons roster, was walking with his 35-year-old fiancée, Corinne More, when the incident unfolded. More was pronounced dead at the scene. Vasey sustained severe injuries, including multiple fractures, and was rushed to a local hospital. Reports indicate he remains on a ventilator, with his left arm being the only limb not affected by the crash. He has undergone extensive medical treatment, including six surgeries for three spinal fractures and four broken ribs. A third pedestrian, 72-year-old Dianne Windes, was also hospitalized with multiple injuries sustained in the crash. Authorities apprehended 28-year-old Adam Bauserman approximately fifteen minutes after the incident. Witnesses described the driver as having a revoked license due to a prior DUI conviction. According to witness accounts, the driver allegedly intentionally struck the pedestrians before making a U-turn, driving past the scene, and fleeing.
