Crispin Glover, the actor famous for Back to the Future, faces a battery lawsuit from a 30-year-old British model. She accuses him of luring her from the UK to his Los Angeles home with false promises, only to demand she act as his live-in girlfriend and sex slave. Glover, 61, denies all allegations.

Model’s Detailed Accusations

Court documents outline how Glover first contacted the plaintiff via social media in 2015. She describes viewing him as a friend initially, despite odd advances in their messages. They met in Dresden in 2023, where he showed her Nazi memorabilia, but she continued contact due to job prospects in entertainment.

The model, who has autism spectrum disorder and practices Islam, claims Glover groomed her with promises of a new life. In early 2024, she relocated to his spacious Silver Lake property, abandoning her European apartment and selling belongings at his encouragement.

Once there, she alleges Glover tracked her movements, controlled her interactions, and expected free labor alongside a romantic relationship. He discouraged her from leaving the house and warned he would lock her out if she attended mosque services.

Defying the warning, she went to the mosque and returned to find the house locked, stranding her outside with her cats and possessions inside. Attempting to retrieve her pets, she claims Glover grabbed her neck, placed her in a headlock, and inflicted a visible scar—supported by a photo in the filing.

Glover then called police, portraying her as an intruder despite her tenant status. The plaintiff calls his subsequent restraining order petition malicious and fraudulent, noting it spread widely online and damaged her career and reputation. She asserts the order was quickly dismissed for lack of prosecution.

She further alleges ongoing harassment and attempts to manipulate her into a sexual relationship.

Glover’s Firm Denial

Glover’s lawyer states: “Mr. Glover denies these baseless allegations in the strongest possible terms. The reality is that on March 2, 2024, Mr. Glover was the victim of an unprovoked felony assault by Jane Doe at his Los Angeles residence. Mr. Glover called LAPD, which came to the scene, investigated, and arrested Jane Doe.”

The statement adds: “These facts are documented by law enforcement records and by the restraining order filed by Mr. Glover against Jane Doe at that time. Mr. Glover intends to vigorously defend himself and pursue all available relief. He is confident the judicial process will expose this lawsuit as a meritless fabrication.”

Lawsuit Details and Police Response

The suit seeks remedies for battery, fraud, malicious prosecution, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful eviction. It also claims violations of the Tom Bane Civil Rights Act through threats of violence to restrict her freedom of movement and coerce a captive sexual relationship.

She demands general and special damages, punitive awards, costs, attorney fees, and further court-determined relief, plus a jury trial.

Law enforcement records indicate Glover reported an assault by a man and woman at his Silver Lake home on March 2, 2024. Officers responded but made no arrests.
