On Wednesday (Oct. 22), the U.S. Marshals arrested 23-year-old Kevin Brown at a lodge in Clarksville, Tenn. Brown faces prices of first-degree homicide, two counts of felony prison try, two counts of using a firearm in the course of the fee of a harmful felony and theft of property.
