Gemma Collins, the 45-year-old TOWIE star, shared candid thoughts on her body image struggles during Friday night’s episode of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! All Stars. After a refreshing dip in the waterfall with fellow campmates, she confided in Scarlett Moffatt about years of yo-yo dieting.

Embracing All Shapes and Sizes

“I’m sick of feeling disgusting and ugly,” Gemma declared. She emphasized that people come in different shapes and sizes and affirmed she’s moved beyond obsessing over her appearance.

“We’re under constant scrutiny,” she told Scarlett. “I never worried before, but with all the talk about body image, the pressure and nasty comments make you feel ugly every day. Actually, I’m just fine as I am.”

In the Bush Telegraph, Gemma added: “This is me. I’m tired of this diet, that diet. We all come in different shapes and sizes, and we can all be beautiful in our own way. Beauty is in the heart—it’s in the eye of the beholder.”

Prank Sparks Quit Threat

The episode took a humorous turn when Harry Redknapp returned with a letter announcing another nighttime prison-style trial. Overwhelmed, Gemma raised her hands and shouted, “I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!”—echoing her infamous 72-hour exit from the 2014 series.

It turned out to be Harry’s prank. Laughing through tears, Gemma joked, “A brilliant end to a lovely day!” Harry reveled in the success: “That was right up my street, a proper wind-up! They fell for it, hook, line, and sinker. Gemma’s gone—I’m A Celebrity—they were gutted. It worked a treat.”

Beverley Callard admitted, “Harry, I believed you! You need a job in Coronation Street.”

Viewers praised Gemma’s openness on body image, and she revealed losing one stone after the jungle stint, filmed in September 2025.
