Donna Jean Godchaux-MacKay — the powerhouse vocalist who sang with California psychedelic rock band Grateful Lifeless — has died at 78.
The singer died Sunday at Nashville’s Alive Hospital following an extended battle with most cancers. Her household stated in a press release … “She was a candy and warmly lovely spirit, and all those that knew her are united in loss.”
