Darius McCrary is out of jail … strolling free from custody after a courtroom listening to in entrance of a choose formally ending a messy stretch that began with a border arrest in Mexico … TMZ has realized.

The “Household Issues’ star’s public defender Paulette Loftin tells TMZ … “During the last 4 years, Mr. McCrary’s struggle for justice and fact has been painted as an try and shirk his duties to his little one. The decision reached at this time makes it clear that household does matter and that it at all times has.”

She provides, “This decision permits Mr. McCrary to appropriate the deceptive narrative and put this matter behind him.”

We broke the story … McCrary was first busted in October close to Tijuana and held on a no bail order in San Diego. After a number of hearings, he was extradited to Michigan, the place he confronted 5 felony prices, together with accusations of failing to pay little one assist and absconding.

As a part of Monday’s deal, his rep, Ann Barlow tells TMZ … he entered a no-contest plea to all 5 felony prices. He is set to return to courtroom for sentencing in February 2026.
