HUB24 Achieves Record $18.9 Billion Net Inflows in FY26

Published on

HUB24 Ltd has reported a landmark financial year for FY26, achieving record net inflows of $18.9 billion. This represents a significant 20% increase compared to the previous corresponding period, signaling robust growth for the financial services platform. The company’s total Funds Under Administration (FUA) also reached an all-time high of $164.3 billion, marking a 20% year-on-year rise.

Record Financial Performance Highlights

The impressive net inflow figures, excluding any large-scale client migrations, underscore the strong demand for HUB24’s platform services. This growth trajectory has propelled the company’s total FUA to $164.3 billion as of June 30, 2026. Further dissecting the FUA, the core HUB24 Platform saw its FUA increase by 24% to $139.5 billion. The PARS (Portfolio Administration and Reporting Service) segment also contributed positively, with FUA growing 5% to $24.8 billion.

Beyond asset growth, HUB24 has seen a substantial increase in its user base. The number of active advisers utilizing the platform rose by 11% to reach 5,649. The company also reported a 5% increase in Class Super accounts, totaling 226,767, and a 15% rise in NowInfinity document orders, indicating expanded adoption across its integrated service offerings.

Industry Recognition and Strategic Investments

HUB24’s platform has consistently been recognized within the industry. For the tenth consecutive quarter, it secured the top position for both quarterly and annual net inflows. Moreover, prominent industry surveys have continued to award HUB24 the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS), reflecting strong client satisfaction and loyalty. As of March 31, 2026, HUB24’s market share had grown to 9.9%, positioning it as the sixth-largest platform provider in Australia based on FUA.

The company has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and strategic development. A key initiative during the period was the launch of its lifetime super solution, developed in collaboration with TAL. This offering aims to broaden the retirement planning options available to financial advisers and their clients. Enhancements were also made to the Class and NowInfinity product suites, incorporating advanced features such as AI-driven transaction matching and improved identity verification processes to streamline operations and bolster security.

HUB24’s expanding market presence is further evidenced by the signing of 36 new licensee agreements during the quarter. This growth in partnerships, coupled with the 11% year-on-year increase in active advisers, highlights the company’s successful strategy in broadening its reach within the financial advice sector.

Future Outlook and Growth Drivers

Looking ahead, HUB24 is focused on sustaining its growth momentum through continued investment in product innovation and enhanced adviser support. A significant development on the horizon is the planned pilot launch of ‘myhub,’ an AI-powered advice ecosystem, slated for the first half of FY27. This initiative is expected to further integrate and streamline the advice process for its users.

The company anticipates that favorable structural trends within the financial services industry will continue to drive growth. These include a persistent strong demand for professional financial advice and the ongoing evolution of superannuation regulations in Australia. HUB24 believes it is strategically positioned to capitalize on these trends, with a robust pipeline of opportunities emerging from both existing and new client relationships.

Market Performance Context

In the context of the broader market, HUB24 shares have experienced a decline of 18% over the past 12 months. This performance contrasts with the S&P/ASX 200 Index, which saw a rise of 1% during the same timeframe. Investors will be closely monitoring HUB24’s ability to translate its strong operational performance and strategic initiatives into improved share price appreciation moving forward.
