Jack Osbourne and his wife Aree have welcomed their second child together, a baby girl named Ozzy Matilda Osbourne, born on March 5 at 7:49 a.m. The couple shared the joyful news on March 11 through a joint Instagram post featuring grandmother Sharon Osbourne.
Birth Details
The announcement included a short video showcasing a ‘Hello World’ card with the newborn’s vital statistics: weighing 7 pounds 12 ounces and measuring 19 inches long.
Family Milestone
Ozzy Matilda is Jack’s fifth child overall. She joins siblings Pearl, Andy, and Minnie from his previous marriage to Lisa Stelly, as well as sister Maple, whom he shares with Aree.
Honoring Ozzy Osbourne
The baby’s name pays tribute to Jack’s late father, Ozzy Osbourne, who passed away on July 22, 2025, at age 76 following a heart attack at the family home in Buckinghamshire. The birth arrives nearly eight months after his death.
Jack recently reflected on his father’s joy during Black Sabbath’s farewell concert, ‘Back To The Beginning,’ held at Villa Park.
Recent Tributes and Plans
Sharon Osbourne accepted a Lifetime Achievement Award on behalf of her late husband at the BRIT Awards last month, delivering an emotional speech alongside daughter Kelly.
Sharon also confirmed Ozzfest’s return in 2027 ahead of its U.S. dates. Additionally, she plans to take the ‘Ozzy Osbourne: Working Class Hero’ exhibition on a worldwide tour. The exhibit, which opened at the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery on June 25, 2025, to coincide with the Black Sabbath concert on July 5, was extended until January 2026 after Ozzy’s passing. It features his Grammy Awards, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame honors, MTV awards, Hollywood Walk of Fame star, Birmingham Walk of Stars recognition, and platinum and gold discs.
