Jesinta Franklin, wife of Sydney Swans star Buddy Franklin, has openly discussed her recent mental health challenges on social media, praising her husband’s support during a difficult period.
Jesinta’s Honest Social Media Update
The 34-year-old model and businesswoman shared a candid Instagram Story featuring a photo of herself with Buddy. She explained how the past few weeks have forced her to slow down, with the previous week hitting hardest.
“Not being able to show up as a mum fully has been the hardest part,” Jesinta wrote. She highlighted Buddy’s role as a “Super Dad,” noting how he has managed the household, kept the children entertained during school holidays, and given her essential rest.
Family Milestones
The couple welcomed their third child, Bam, late last year. Bam joins siblings Tallulah, 6, and Rocky, 5, completing the Franklin family.
Buddy and Jesinta rank among the AFL’s prominent power couples, balancing high-profile careers with family life.
New Home in the Hinterland
Recently, the Franklins relocated from their luxurious Gold Coast mansion to a $4.6 million estate in Guanaba, a serene semi-rural area in the Gold Coast Hinterland.
The contemporary farmhouse sits elevated, offering stunning views over manicured lawns, dams, and lush gardens. A riverside gazebo enhances the rural retreat ambiance. Catering to their hobby farm aspirations, the property includes full equestrian facilities with stables and a barn.
The listing drew significant attention online, garnering over 21,000 views. Kollosche agents Kara Christensen and Bella Sorenson finalized the sale after 15 private inspections in just 20 days.
