Sidney, whom Kelly shares with fiancé Sid Wilson, appeared polished in a blue Ralph Lauren shirt. He savored his food before drifting off to sleep.

Sharon Osbourne’s Tribute at Billboard Power 100 Event
On Thursday, Sharon Osbourne, 73, attended the Billboard Power 100 event with support from her son Jack, marking six months since the passing of her husband, Ozzy Osbourne.
The media figure maintained composure in a sleek black pinstripe suit, embracing Jack for photos. Jack, 40, complemented her style in a coordinated all-black ensemble of blazer, shirt, and trousers.
Sharon received the Visionary Award from Clive Davis, Michelle Anthony, and Billboard’s Executive Director, Leila Cobo.
In her acceptance speech, she reflected: ‘When I started in the music industry at the ripe old age of 15, I never set out to win awards for myself. My vision was always about helping extraordinarily talented people achieve greatness, and that’s always been my vision. I was drawn to artists who had that thing, that it factor that you can’t manufacture. It’s a God-given gift. There are many people in this industry that are so talented, but there’s a handful of artists who have greatness.’
Sharon guided Ozzy’s career and represented acts like Motörhead and The Smashing Pumpkins.

The Osbourne family expressed profound sorrow following Ozzy’s death in July 2025 at age 76. They attended a public funeral procession in Birmingham, where heartfelt tributes from locals moved them deeply.
In December, Sharon opened up about the loss during an interview with Piers Morgan on his YouTube show, Uncensored. She tearfully shared Ozzy’s final words to her: ‘Kiss me. Hug me tight.’
Sharon described the tragic morning: Ozzy awoke at 4 a.m. for an early workout despite health struggles, including prior bouts with pneumonia and sepsis. Just 20 minutes later, he suffered a heart attack.
She recounted rushing to the gym after hearing distress calls, finding him slumped over on his usual cross-trainer routine of up to 90 minutes daily. ‘I ran downstairs, and there he was, and they were trying to resuscitate him, and I’m like, “Don’t — just leave him. Leave him. You can’t. He’s gone.” I knew instantly he’d gone. And they tried and tried, and then they took him by helicopter to the hospital and they tried, and it’s like, “He’s gone. Just leave him.”‘
