Joseph Duggar’s Florida Charges
Joseph Duggar was arrested on Wednesday in connection with lewd and lascivious behavior involving unlawful sexual activity with a minor. The Bay County Sheriff’s Office in Lynn Haven, Florida, announced the charges following a reports an investigator with the Tontitown Police Department in Arkansas.
A 14-year-old girl reported a series of inappropriate incidents involving Duggar that occurred around 2020, when she was nine years old. The alleged events took place during a family vacation in Panama City Beach, Florida, where Duggar is accused of touching the girl’s underwear and genitals.

In Arkansas, Joseph Duggar now faces four counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of second-degree false imprisonment. Officials from the Tontitown Police Department indicate these charges against the couple are unrelated to the Florida case.
