Kerry Katona, 45, shares tender moments with boyfriend Paolo Margaglione, 33, during their relaxing getaway in Spain. The couple appeared affectionate on Saturday evening, cozying up while enjoying a night out.

Romantic Evening in Spain

Kerry turned heads in a vibrant yellow ruched mini dress paired with matching strappy heels. She styled her hair in loose beachy waves and beamed as Paolo planted a sweet kiss on her cheek. The personal trainer complemented her look with a form-fitting polo neck top, smart trousers, and trainers for their date night.

Relationship Journey

The pair met on the set of Celebs Go Dating, with filming starting around April 2025. Kerry became pregnant toward the show’s finale. They went public with their romance in June 2025 and moved in together two months later.

Paolo recounted the pregnancy discovery: “Kerry was unknowingly pregnant at the finale of Celebs Go Dating. I found out in the morning. I could smell it on her, like, weird. I said, ‘You’re pregnant.'”

Kerry shared: “I kept getting these hormonal spots. We did a test in the night and it said no, so I said I’d do it early morning. I got up early for meditation, peed on the stick—this is exclusive, I’ve not gone public with this part. Nothing came up at first, but then it did. I ran and woke him up. Seven years I never fell pregnant.”

Miscarriage Heartbreak

Tragically, Kerry miscarried soon after. She explained: “The thought of having an abortion killed me. It felt like it was made from love. Unfortunately, I miscarried, and then we tried again. I’d miscarried again, only at four weeks. I didn’t realize how much I wanted it then.”

Kerry previously endured a miscarriage around 2015 following a rebound fling after her ex-husband George Kay’s death. In her memoir Whole Again, she described becoming pregnant within two weeks of the brief romance. The baby remained in her womb post-miscarriage, requiring surgery for removal.

Family Life

Kerry is mother to Molly, 23, and Lilly-Sue, 22, from her relationship with Brian McFadden; Heidi, 19, and Max, 17, with Mark Croft; and Dylan-Jorge, 10, with George Kay. Paolo has two daughters, Milani and Nola, from a prior relationship.

Recent Health Scare

Earlier this year, Kerry faced a severe health episode diagnosed as colitis. She recalled: “They said it’s colitis. I’ve never even heard of it. But it was horrendous; I thought I was in labor. Paolo was at work, so I called an ambulance. It was the night before our OK! shoot.”

She described intense pain during a routine evening: “I was on the toilet constantly, screaming in agony. Paramedics administered morphine, and a CT scan confirmed colitis. I’ve had no issues since.”
