Kids in Want LIVE: Sara Cox breaks down after Prince William assertion | Celeb Information | Showbiz & TV

BBC Radio 2 presenter Sara Cox has been making an attempt to finish the equal of 5 marathons in 5 days in a bid to lift cash for Kids in Want.

The TV star is operating 135 miles in 5 days, which has raised greater than £4 million. Cox will likely be ending her arduous journey in Pudsey, Leeds, after beginning in Kielder Forest and travelling via Northumberland, Durham, North Yorkshire and West Yorkshire.

Talking of her charitable efforts, Sara mentioned: “Everyone simply giving a fiver or a tenner did it, that’s wonderful. Thanks a lot. Because of everyone who has donated, you’re completely superior.”

She added: “We aren’t girls of a sure classic, we aren’t girls of a sure age, we’re girls over 50,” she mentioned. “It’s only the start whenever you get to 50, I’m loving being 50.”
