Kneecap Cancels U.S. Tour Due To Courtroom Listening to

Kneecap canceled their October U.S. tour after Mo Chara’s courtroom date in London was scheduled too near the primary present.

Kneecap pulled the plug on their absolutely booked U.S. tour this October as Mo Chara, one-third of the Irish Hip-Hop group, prepares to face a terrorism-related courtroom listening to in London tied to an alleged flag show.

The Belfast-based trio introduced Monday (August 25) that they have been pressured to cancel all 15 dates of their American run, citing the timing of Chara’s authorized proceedings.

His subsequent listening to is scheduled for September 26, simply days earlier than the tour was set to start.

“As a result of proximity of our subsequent courtroom listening to in London to the primary date of the tour,” the group stated in a press release, “we’ve to cancel all 15 tour dates in October.”

Chara was charged in Might by UK authorities after he was accused of displaying a Hezbollah flag throughout a November 2023 efficiency in London.



The group has rejected the allegation, saying the video footage was misrepresented.

They added that the clip is being “exploited and weaponised” and emphasised that Kneecap has “by no means supported Hamas or Hezbollah.”
