The 47-year-old stylist, a Delta Million Miler, shared his disappointment on X following a flight from New York City to Los Angeles on Delta flight #60. “Dear @Delta I’m Delta #60 and a Million Miler. This morning I paid for a Delta One seat from NYC to LA and when I got on the plane it was not a lay flat seat. I was very disappointed,” Roach posted.

A Delta spokesperson explained that a last-minute aircraft change ensured an on-time departure but resulted in no Delta One seating. “We apologize to Mr. Roach for his experience. A last‐minute aircraft change to ensure an on-time departure meant the flight operated without Delta One seating, and our Customer Care team has reached out and is working directly with him to address the situation,” the spokesperson said.
