National Highways states: “The M62 in West Yorkshire is closed in both directions between J29 (M1) and J30 near Oulton following a multi-vehicle collision, during which one vehicle caught fire. Although the incident occurred on the eastbound carriageway, the westbound side has also been closed as a precaution due to one of the vehicles carrying potentially hazardous materials. All emergency services are currently on scene and responding to the incident.”
