Major Menu Refresh Brings Nostalgic Collaborations and New Flavors
McDonald’s UK has unveiled eight new menu items launching February 3, including a highly anticipated Friends-themed meal package for adult fans of the iconic sitcom. The limited-time offerings coincide with several returning favorites as part of the chain’s regular six-week menu rotations.
The Friends Experience Meal
Dubbed an “adult Happy Meal,” this Warner Bros. collaboration features either a Big Mac, McPlant, or 9-piece McNuggets paired with fries and a drink. The meal includes collectible figurines of all six main Friends characters – Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Joey, Chandler, and Ross. Pricing starts at £9.09 for medium meals, with large options reaching £10.09.
New Savory Offerings
A Tikka Chicken Wrap debuts with either crispy or grilled chicken, tikka mayo, mango-lime chutney, and fresh vegetables (£3.79 standalone). The returning Philly Cheese Stack burger (£6.69) has drawn mixed reactions, with some customers praising its double beef patties and cheese sauce while others call it repetitive.
Pizza Mozzarella Dippers offer a twist on the classic with pizza-seasoned cheese and complementary marinara sauce. Monica’s Marinara Sauce, developed specifically for the Friends promotion, features traditional tomato, garlic, and herb flavors.
Sweet Innovations
Dessert highlights include the Milkybar Crispy Cookie McFlurry (£2.59) with white chocolate-coated crispies and cookie sauce, while the Munchies Vanilla Cheesecake McFlurry (£2.59) combines biscuit pieces with cheesecake-flavored syrup. A new Brownie Pie (£2.49) delivers chocolate filling in flaky pastry, and the Doughnut Crumble Latte (£2.99) adds doughnut-flavored syrup and crumb topping to coffee.
January Favorites Remain Available
Several January introductions will stay through February, including the Chicken Big Mac (£5.59) and Surf N’ Turf burger (£4.39) that combines beef and fish patties. The Big Arch burger continues offering double Quarter Pounder patties with special sauce, while limited-run items like the Espresso Milkshake (£3.69) and Apple Pie Mini McFlurry (£2.99) remain until February 2.
Other temporary holdovers include Chilli Cheese Bites with tomato dip, individual Big Mac Sauce pots (20p), and the returning Fajita Chicken Wrap. The Galaxy Smooth Caramel McFlurry also continues through early February for caramel-chocolate enthusiasts.
Menu updates reflect McDonald’s strategy to balance nostalgic appeals with culinary innovation, offering both shareable novelties and convenient meal solutions. Nutritional information and allergen details for all new items are available at restaurant locations.
