A devastating car crash on a rural road in North Lincolnshire has claimed three lives, including a 13-year-old girl, with a 15-year-old girl now in critical condition.

Incident Details

The white Audi TT veered off Shore Road near Garthorpe and collided with a tree on Saturday evening around 5:45 p.m. Emergency responders arrived quickly after reports of the severe accident between Garthorpe and Meredyke Road.

The 44-year-old driver, a 48-year-old front-seat passenger, and the 13-year-old girl in the back seat died at the scene. Two other children escaped with serious injuries: a nine-year-old boy and the 15-year-old girl, who remains in critical condition at a hospital.

Police Investigation and Appeal

Humberside Police have opened an urgent investigation to determine the cause of the vehicle leaving the roadway. Authorities urge witnesses or those with dashcam or CCTV footage from the area to come forward.
