Iconic Role in One Life to Live
Harmon captivated audiences as Cathy Craig Lord from 1976 to 1978 on One Life to Live. She earned a Daytime Emmy nomination in 1978 for Outstanding Actress in a Daytime Drama Series for her compelling performance as the scheming character. As the fifth actress to embody the role, following Catherine Burns, Amy Levitt, Jane Alice Brandon, and Dorrie Kavanaugh, Harmon brought the part to its conclusion with the character’s final appearance in November 1978.
Other Television Credits
Earlier in her career, Harmon starred as Chris Kirby throughout the entire run of the soap opera How to Survive a Marriage, from 1974 to 1975. Her versatile acting showcased her range in the competitive world of daytime drama.
