Former UFC fighter Paige VanZant has drawn criticism from fans following the release of a new video deemed by many as “cringe” and a “fall from grace.” The 32-year-old, who transitioned from mixed martial arts to adult content creation, shared the unconventional video on her online platform.
Content Sparks Online Debate
The video features VanZant in a leopard print outfit, interacting with a treadmill. A trail of Cheerios was placed on the machine, which she attempted to catch in her mouth as it started. The cereal was arranged in a phallic shape, which then moved towards her as she crouched on the floor. After consuming some of the cereal, she sat up and continued chewing with her mouth open, leading to some pieces falling out.
Fan Reactions Overwhelmingly Negative
The response from fans on social media was largely critical. Many expressed disappointment and concern over the content. Comments included:
- “Jesus what a fall from grace.”
- “The fall off is wild.”
- “Just threw all morals and class away for money.”
- “Yeah Im out. Its just weird at this point.”
- “I’m a girls girl…. But don’t you think at some point…. It becomes too cringe?”
- “Used to be hot now it’s just cringy.”
- “You used to be a respected fighter. Now, went all the way down to flinching at being slapped and whatever tf this is.”
- “How do you get to the point where you have that little respect for yourself?”
- “Might want to run a mop over that treadmill before you do that. Geeze.”
Financial Success Post-Fighting Career
VanZant has been largely absent from combat sports, focusing on her adult content career which has proven financially lucrative. She has previously stated that her earnings from her exclusive online content page have surpassed her income from her entire fighting career. VanZant acknowledged in a past statement that her financial standing has significantly improved since joining the platform in 2020, noting that her earnings on the adult content site have been her largest source of income, exceeding her combined fighting career earnings.
“OF has been my largest source of income, I would say combined in my fighting career,” VanZant reportedly stated. “I think I’ve made more money in 24 hours on OF than I have in my entire fighting career.”
