Prince Andrew, also known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, faces serious allegations of witnessing a young girl, aged between six and eight, endure electric shock torture. The claim states that Ghislaine Maxwell restrained the girl on a table and subjected her to electrical shocks, with Andrew and other men reportedly observing the incident.
Details from FBI Epstein Documents
An FBI report dated July 2020, part of the recently released Epstein files, outlines these accusations of sexual abuse involving Andrew and the convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell. The alleged events occurred in Surrey during the mid-1990s, according to an anonymous source. Additional claims suggest the torture took place at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, Berkshire.
Prince Andrew’s Position
Andrew has consistently denied any involvement or wrongdoing related to these allegations. Inclusion in the Epstein files does not indicate guilt.
Surrey Police Appeal for Information
Surrey Police are encouraging individuals to provide details on non-recent human trafficking and sexual assaults linked to Virginia Water village between 1994 and 1996. This appeal stems from a separate redacted report and is unrelated to the Epstein files’ torture claims.
After reviewing their records, the force found no prior reports of these allegations. A Surrey Police spokesperson stated: “After reviewing our systems using the limited information available to us, we found no evidence of these allegations being reported to Surrey Police.”
The spokesperson added: “We therefore encourage anyone with information in relation to these allegations to report this to us online, or via 101. We take all reports of child and sexual abuse seriously and therefore, as with any other matter, should new and relevant information be brought to our attention, including any information resulting from the release of materials in the US, we will assess it.”
“Where relevant, and via the national coordination group, we will engage with law enforcement agencies to obtain access to further information which may support our enquiries. It is important that any information is reviewed objectively and without speculation.”
