Singer Rita Ora recently captivated fans by sharing a series of striking photographs showcasing her sculpted physique while wearing a wet bikini. The images, posted on a Friday, highlighted the artist’s toned body, drawing significant attention and admiration from her social media followers.

Rita Ora’s Striking Bikini Photoshoot

The photographs were taken in Poland, where Ora was preparing for a performance at the Bittersweet Music Festival. During a moment of downtime, she took the opportunity to cool off, posing for pictures in an outdoor shower. She was seen wearing a vibrant, multi-colored bikini featuring a zebra-print top and green snakeskin bottoms. The attire accentuated her defined musculature and athletic build.

Ora shared the photos with the caption, “Summertime isn’t over yet.” She also announced her upcoming performance, stating, “See you tonight @bittersweetmusicfestival on the Bittersweet Stage at 7pm!! Can’t wait to get wet with you all.” The post quickly garnered a strong reaction from her audience, many of whom praised her appearance.

Comments from followers included expressions like “OMG body goals!” and “You look really so beautiful.” The visible definition in her abdominal muscles also drew particular praise, with one user remarking, “Those abs are [fire].”

Rita Ora’s Approach to Fitness and Well-being

The singer has consistently been open about her dedication to maintaining her physical fitness. Ora frequently shares insights into her workout regimen and emphasizes the importance of exercise for her overall well-being. In a previous discussion in February, she spoke about her relationship with exercise, revealing that she had become highly motivated by the endorphin release following her workouts.

“I became very, almost addicted to that endorphin after that one-hour workout. And my day just felt really positive. It changed my whole mindset,” Ora shared. She elaborated on how this routine has become a crucial part of her day, stating, “That hour is really crucial to me now. I wouldn’t necessarily even relate it to how I look, really. It really is about a feeling.”

Evolving Workout Strategies

Rita Ora has adapted her fitness routine over time, transitioning from a primary focus on cardio to incorporating more strength training. She acknowledges that not every day allows for an hour-long session, adapting her workouts to fit her schedule and location.

“Sometimes I don’t have an hour. I’ll do 20 minutes in a hotel room. Bands, glutes, mat work. I just do something,” she explained. Ora also stresses the importance of not placing excessive pressure on oneself regarding exercise, advocating for a balanced approach. “I don’t put that much pressure on myself, because I don’t think it’s healthy. I like that you don’t have to rush into a strength class; you just have to hit those four rounds. You can take a minute rest – sometimes I take a two-minute rest – but I hit the rounds.”

Childhood Influences and Accessible Fitness

Her active lifestyle has roots in her upbringing. Ora recalled a childhood filled with physical activity, such as playing football in parks regardless of the weather. Her parents instilled the importance of movement from a young age.

“I never saw working out as something that has to do with money. I always grew up very active – in the parks, playing football, regardless of the weather,” she said. “My parents were very strict on us moving our bodies at a young age. That’s just how I was raised.”

Pilates and Practical Exercise Advice

Pilates is highlighted as one of Ora’s preferred methods for staying active, particularly when traveling. She finds the equipment more portable than heavy weights, making it a convenient option for maintaining her fitness routine on the go. “It’s definitely my easiest format to go to, just because I can travel with the equipment way easier than a heavy set of weights. I do love a strength class when I have a gym around,” she noted.

For individuals who might feel intimidated by exercise, Ora offers practical advice, emphasizing movement over specific step counts or durations. “You don’t need to hit 10,000 steps. You just need to move. If it’s 20 minutes walking in the park, that’s incredible. Walking is so good,” she encouraged.

Ora also candidly shared her personal challenges with certain types of exercise, admitting that high-intensity cardio, like long-distance running, is not her forte. “I’m still not incredible at cardio. I get so tired. I can’t just do a 10k run and not stop. That’s just not what my body does, and I’m OK with it,” she concluded, promoting self-acceptance within fitness journeys.
