Sam quickly interjected with a grin: “Love how you’re taking control of this one.” Pete pushed back: “Well absolutely I don’t need to talk about my private life when we were at a birthday party! Which was lovely.”

Not letting it drop, Sam continued teasing: “Pete was there, I was there, Pippa was there, both of our… It was just us and our other halves… mine and Pippa’s I mean at this party having a great, great time, dances were had and it was a phenomenal evening.”

Pete later shared a messy highlight: “You know it’s a good night when I get thrown up on so… That’s always, always, an absolute pleasure. Again suede shoes, gotta stop wearing suede shoes.” Sam noted he had already left by then.
