A Sydney real estate agent faces 20 charges for allegedly harassing former colleagues with graphic and disturbing messages, including one urging a woman to take her own life.
Details of the Allegations
Adrian Bruno, 38, formerly with Ray White, stands accused of sending 17 menacing, harassing, or offensive messages between mid-2025 and January 2026. Additional charges include one count of encouraging suicide, one for using false information to cause harm, and one for property damage.
Prosecutors allege Bruno sent a message to a female colleague explicitly encouraging suicide and detailing a method. He then reportedly shared her contact details with funeral homes, prompting them to reach out about end-of-life arrangements.
Bruno also faces accusations of spreading false information about a colleague to management to damage her reputation and vandalizing another colleague’s vehicle. Two former coworkers hold interim apprehended violence orders for protection.
Court Appearance and Next Steps
The case came before Burwood Local Court on Tuesday, where Bruno, clutching a Bible outside the chambers, requested an adjournment to obtain legal advice. The matter returns on April 14 for pleas.
Records show Bruno remains listed as a property manager for Milson Real Estate in Milsons Point.
