The assault occurred around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 15, near Marks Road in Cottons Park, east London. Officers responded promptly, speaking with the victim, a woman in her late teens. She received treatment at the scene before paramedics transported her to a hospital, where specialist officers continue to provide support.
Forensic teams set up a tent at the location to conduct examinations as part of the ongoing investigation.
Suspect Arrested

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson added: “We were called at 7:49 p.m. on Sunday, February 15, to reports of an incident on Recreation Avenue, Romford. We sent an ambulance crew and a paramedic in a fast response car to the scene. We treated a woman at the scene and took her to hospital as a priority.”
