The Supply |Nas’ Harvard Fellowship Is Now Taking Purposes

Harvard College is now accepting functions for the Nasir Jones Hip Hop Fellowship for the 2026 to 2027 tutorial 12 months, with submissions due by January 30, 2026. The fellowship is designed to assist students, artists, and creatives whose work engages African and African American research, hip hop tradition, and associated inventive and mental disciplines.

Open to candidates from around the globe, this system gives fellows with the chance to spend both a semester or a full tutorial 12 months in residence on the W E B Du Bois Analysis Institute. Throughout their time at Harvard, fellows are inspired to pursue authentic analysis, inventive initiatives, and interdisciplinary work that deepens the tutorial and cultural understanding of hip hop and its world impression.

The Nasir Jones Hip Hop Fellowship displays Harvard’s continued funding within the examine of hip hop as a severe area of scholarship and inventive inquiry, providing contributors entry to the college’s tutorial assets, mental group, and collaborative atmosphere.
