A Texas man is dealing with homicide prices after a ‘ding dong ditch” prank led to him taking pictures a younger boy, reportedly doing so by aiming on the baby’s again.

Gonzalo Leon Jr., 42, is accused of taking pictures Julian Guzman, 11, after a “ding dong ditch” doorbell prank that the boy carried out along with his cousin over the weekend in East Houston. In keeping with a report from native outlet KHOU, Guzman and his cousin have been doing the “ding dong ditch” prank and reportedly have been utilizing social media to share their exploits, though that hasn’t been confirmed.

The boys knocked on Leon’s door and ran a complete of thrice, with the third time being when Leon lay in wait to fireplace off a warning shot earlier than aiming at Guzman as he ran away. Leon, a army veteran, appeared in courtroom on Wednesday (August 3) to listen to prices. The neighborhood the place Leon and Guzman lived is outraged at his actions, which his protection staff tried to border as self-defense.
