Baubles with significance! When Jessica Jesse launched her jewellery line BuDhaGirl in 2013, she wished to create extra than simply arm sweet — and there is a significant motive why.

The concept first sparked when the founder returned from a visit to historical monasteries in Thailand, with wrists stacked in easy gold plastic bracelets.

The CEO’s personal routines replicate that very same stability. Every morning begins by reciting a private mantra, lighting a candle, setting needs, studying, and sipping a cup of lemon water or tea. 

From there comes the ritual of decoration. 

“I set my intentions as I placed on every bangle. … I slip them onto my wrist and pause and breathe. … My first two bangles are all the time my kids, and others could maintain gratitude, focus, love, or compassion.”

And Jesse carries that vitality into the remainder of her day.
