Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley faces accusations from her ex-husband PK Kemsley of spending nearly $1 million on high-end fashion while their family home teeters on the edge of foreclosure.
In a court filing, PK Kemsley, 58, reveals that the 49-year-old TV personality from Woodbridge, Connecticut, held exclusive occupancy of the residence for over two years but failed to make mortgage payments. Instead, she allocated approximately $995,000 from family funds to luxury designer clothing, handbags, and accessories.
Detailed Spending Breakdown
A professional audit of family finances exposed Dorit’s purchases between October 30, 2025, and January 6, 2026. Charges included Louis Vuitton totaling about $69,000, Chanel at $69,000, Hermès at $38,000, and Saint Honore at $22,000. Other notable expenditures went to brands like Jenni Kayne, Hermès, Net-A-Porter, FWRD, and Moda Operandi.
PK’s legal team emphasizes that these purchases were personal, not tied to her Real Housewives role, as Bravo does not mandate designer outfits for appearances.
Financial Strain and Legal Requests
The property now carries over $6 million in mortgage debt, with default notices issued and foreclosure looming. PK states he covered about 90 percent of family expenses and urged Dorit to sell the home or move into his residence to avert the crisis, but she declined.
PK seeks a court order to sell the property to prevent value loss from foreclosure. He also requests a 50 percent custodial timeshare for their children, son Jagger, 12, and daughter Phoenix, 10.
Divorce Background
Dorit filed for divorce on April 25, 2025, citing irreconcilable differences after more than nine years of marriage. The couple previously shared a joint statement announcing their separation: “We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together. We have made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children.”
